Soul Joel Productions, New York’s latest comedy craze, was started by Comedian “Soul” Joel Richardson in September 2007. In just five short months, Soul Joel Productions (SJP) established relationships and set up monthly shows in Staten Island, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Now, you can catch laughs with SJP at 15 different venues in 4 states!
Each Soul Joel Production brings in award winning headliners from comedy’s best media including Saturday Night Live, Comedy Central, HBO, Showtime, MTV, Sirius Satellite Radio, and Opie & Anthony. Comedians from all over the Tri-State area perform high energy shows guaranteed to make you laugh. Crowds consistently leave laughing and anticipating Soul Joel Productions’ next show.
Soul Joel Productions has had the privilege of working with such notable comedians as Saturday Night Live’s Dean Edwards, Showtime’s Otto & George, Emmy Award Winner Don Jamieson, Last Comic Standing’s Joe DeVito, Comedy Central’s Julian McCullough, Michelle Buteau and Jamie Kilstein, Sirius Satellite Radio’s Chris McDevitt and Jimmy Q, and Cringe Humor’s Conte and Kenny.
