With over 300 views, Staten Island native CHRIS RUSSELL is your winner! Click on his photo to check out his set at the Looney Bin Comedy Club. Look for Chris when he competes in the "Big Stage Competition" in April vying for a spot on the Staten Island Comedy Festival.
